Need to get your caffeine fix? Downtown Ludington is home to several unique coffee shops.

1. Book Mark

The Book Mark is located on the corner of Loomis and Rath. You can order off the menu or choose from a nice selection of brewed coffee at the bar. You can bring in your own mug if you'd like. You'll also find a few homemade treats near the register. The little energy muffins are my favorite. I find it hard to enter this shop without buying something other than coffee. It's worth browsing the store while you're there. I always find unique Ludington and Michigan gifts and the book selection is fabulous! Book Mark is also a great place to hold a meeting or meet a friend. They have several large tables and even a conference room to accommodate a larger group.

2. Spindrift Cyclesports

What better pairing than coffee and bikes, right? They are located on the corner of Ludington Avenue and James Street. Grab a cup to go (I enjoy the iced Americano) or stop and talk cycling with Dave. He has a nice selection of quality bikes as well as riding gear and clothes. You can even find bike themed gifts at the front of the store.

3. Biercamp Market

Downtown Ludington's only grocery store also features a coffee bar! From espresso, cappacino and americano to hot chocolate and hot apple cider. Grab a cup to go or before you do your grocery shopping.

4. Wesco

I can't get coffee from Wesco without getting a muffin. Double chocolate… lemon poppy seed… blueberry… all scrumpcious! The donuts are fabulous, too. As far as coffee goes, the dark roast is popular, but I like to throw in the Columbian every now and then. If you buy a Wesco mug, you get a discount on refills all year. You can also bring in your own mug for refills.
