Get Involved with Downtown

The 9 members of the Citizen’s Advisory Council are appointed by the Mayor and approved by Ludington City Council. The Advisory Council is responsible for advising the DDA Board on the development of plans for future public improvement projects within the DDA District, such as street, parking, sidewalk, park, trail and landscaping improvements. The Advisory Council meets on an as-needed basis, no more than once per month.

You must be a resident within the DDA District and at least 18 years of age to be eligible to serve on the DDA Citizens Advisory Council. The District boundaries are shown on the map.
